- IT'S REALLY PALEO: So you go out in the forest, get some nuts and seeds and honey and lemons, mash them all together with a rock and let them dry slowly in the sun. That's the basic idea. Except we don't use a rock and have large dryer that slowly removes the moisture leaving a perfect snack with all of the natural goodness preserved.
