Incredibly tender and beautifully marbled with that characteristic marbling of creamy intramuscular fat that make this meat so much flavorful, these are perfect for grilling or quick pan-searing, or to send as a gourmet gift. Even at the lower scores, you'll immediately find Wagyu much more buttery, with a beefier taste than any old USDA Prime beef. You'll get 12 frozen steaks, all weighing in at about half a pound, packed in a vacuum-sealed bag.
