Juicy Piri - Piri ChickenIngredients (4 servings): - 4 lbs. chicken drumettes, wings, thighs or breast
- 3 Tbsp Iya Foods Piri-Piri Seasoning

| Spicy Fish Piri-Piri Ingredients: - 2 medium size whole fish (can use Tilapia, Snapper or any fish)
- 3 Tbsp Iya Foods Piri-Piri Seasoning
- ½ tsp Iya Foods Yellow Habanero Pepper Ground, ¼ cup any tomato sauce, 2 tsp salt
Instructions: - Make deep incisions in cleaned fish for marinade to seep in
- For Peri Marinade - Combine One-pot simmer sauce, garlic, salt , yellow habanero and lemon
- Rub a little over half the marinade all over the fish and into the incisions
- Preheat oven to 400 and grill for about 20 minutes or until almost fully cooked
- Rub remaining marinade all over grilled fish – let grill for 10 - 15 more minutes. Garnish as desired, Serve hot
