Refreshing Celery Ginger DrinkIngredients - 3 tsp of Iya Foods Celery Juice Powder
- 8 oz water/juice
- ½ tsp Iya Foods Ground Ginger
- 1 Granny Smith apple
Instructions - Add all of the ingredients together into a blender.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
| Savory Vegetable SoupIngredients: - ½ cup Iya Foods Celery Juice Powder
- ½ cup Iya Foods Spinach Powder
- ½ cup Iya Foods Kale Powder
- ½ cup Iya Food Broccoli Powder
- 6 cups chicken broth (can use vegetable broth), 1 tsp butter or avocado oil (can skip oil to reduce calories), 1 cup sweet corn
- 3 tsp Iya Foods Pepper-Soup Seasoning, ¼ tsp Iya Foods Yellow Habaneros Pepper or Iya Foods Chili Pepper Flakes, 3 Tbsp Iya Foods Dried Mixed Vegetable, 2 tsp sea salt
Instructions: - Blend or whisk powder with broth till smooth
- In medium pot -heat blended mix and then add all the other ingredients into the pot including the seasonings. Cook on low heat for about 15 mins.Serve hot with one slice of a healthy bread or baked potatoes
| Power Veggie MuffinsIngredients: - 1 ½ cup Iya Foods Cassava Flour, 1 ripe banana, 2 large eggs, ½ cup milk (any milk), ½ cup sugar, 1 cup water, ¼ cup oil, ¼ cup pure maple syrup or 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp Iya Foods Spinach Powder
- 1 Tbsp Iya Foods Celery Juice Powder
- 1 Tbsp Iya Foods Kale Powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract, 2 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp ground cinnamon or nutmeg, ¼ tsp baking soda, ¼ tsp salt
Instructions: - Preheat oven to 375 degrees and grease muffin baking pan
- In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients and set aside
- Blend all the wet ingredients and pour into dry ingredients – stir and make sure no lumps. You can also just blend all.Fill each muffin tin and bake for about 25 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
