Hearty Pot Beef Pepper Soup Makes about 4 servings Ingredients: - ¼ lbs beef (can substitute chicken, goat, lamb or seafood). Instructions: - Combine all the ingredients in Instant Pot except garnishment. Close lid, seal and select applicable button

- Vegetarian options – chose soup or vegetables
- Allow to cook and then cautiously release pressure. If using stove top, cook meat at, then combine all the ingredients let simmer on low-medium for 30 mins. Serve hot with desired sides
| One-Pot Potato Porridge Ingredients (4-6 Servings) - 6 – 8 large Idaho potatoes or unripe green plantains, 1 Jar any simmer sauce
- 2 Tbsp Iya Food Pepper-Soup Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Iya Food Vegetable Mix, ½ tsp Iya Foods Chili Powder, 2 Tbsp Avocado oil (any oil works great), 1 tsp sea salt, 1 cup chicken broth (can swap with any broth or water), Some chopped peppers and carrots if desired
Instructions: - Peel potatoes or plantains and cut into bite sized chunks
- In medium pot, heat up avocado oil the add simmer sauce, spices and salt

- 6 cups chicken broth (can use vegetable broth), 1 tsp butter or avocado oil (can skip oil to reduce calories), 1 cup sweet corn, 3 tsp Iya Foods Pepper-Soup Seasoning, ¼ tsp Iya Foods Yellow Habaneros Pepper or Iya Foods Chili Pepper Flakes, 3 Tbsp Iya Foods Dried Mixed Vegetable, 2 tsp sea salt
Instructions: - Blend or whisk powder with broth till smooth
- In medium pot - heat blended mix and then add all the other ingredients into the pot including the seasonings. Cook on low heat for about 15 mins. Tip: if too thick for you, add some water
