Gluten-Free Pancakes:
1) 1 Cup Rice Flour
2) 3 Tablespoons Tapioca Flour
3) ⅓ Cup Potato Starch
4) 1 Tablespoon Sugar
5) 1 ½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
6) ½ Teaspoon Baking Soda
7) ½ Teaspoon Salt
8) ½ Teaspoon Xanthan Gum
9) 2 eggs
10) 3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
11) 1 ¾ Cups Almond Milk
First: In a bowl, first mix dry ingredients together. Then stir in eggs, almond milk, and oil until well blended and smooth.
Then: Pour batter onto heated skillet and cook until bubbles begin to form. Flip, and continue until golden brown on bottom.
Does Not Contain: GMO, additives, gluten, preservatives, fillers, artificial flavors or ingredients.
Caution: Do not use potato flour in place of potato starch as a thickener in recipes because you may end up with glue-like results.
