- Kitchari is an easy, one pot cooking meal. Just add (1) pack of Kitchari Spice Mix to 1/4 cup of rice (or grain of choice) and 1/4 cup yellow moong dal (or lentil of choice). Add 1 3/4 cup of water, bring to boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
