Tapioca Pearls: Mix 1 cup of Earthborn Elements Tapioca Flour and 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir until you have a non-sticky dough. Once the dough has cooled enough to touch, kneed in any unincorporated flour. Roll dough into long ropes between 1/4 and 1/2 inch thick. Cut into small pieces and roll into balls. In a saucepan, boil 2 cups of water for every cup of Tapioca Pearls. Add Tapioca Pearls to boiling water and allow to boil for 5, or until they start to sink. Remove from water and place in a sugar syrup or honey.
