- The caffeine in one squeeze (about half a teaspoon) of MiO Energy in 8 fl. oz. of water is equal to a 6-ounce cup of regular coffee. There are 60 milligrams of caffeine in each squeeze of MiO used to flavor 8 fl. oz. of water.
