How we got our start?
It all started in the 1940’s when Evelyn Overton started making her “Original” cheesecake to sell to local businesses in Detroit, Michigan. In 1972, she and her husband Oscar decided to move to Los Angeles to start their own bakery, The Cheesecake Factory Bakery, which grew to what it is today.What makes our product unique?
