Directions:
1. Add whole milk powder, cardamom and softened butter to a large bowl. Using your hands, mix together, up to 5-10 minutes until a crumbly mixture forms. Set aside.
2. Combine 1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup sugar in pot over medium low heat. When sugar has dissolved it feels slightly tacky, remove from heat.
3. Pour 1/4 of the syrup into the milk powder mixture and combine with your hands. Continue to slowly add the syrup until a dough-like mixture has formed to the consistency of playdough.
4. Press into a small greased pan to the thickness you desire until a smooth and compact layer has formed. Top with sprinkles. Use a sheet of wax paper to help press sprinkles into layer. Cut into squares about 30 minutes to 2 hours after it has set at room temperature.
