This Boseong sejak (small beak) green tea is a taste of early spring in your teacup. Hand plucking only the tender first flush buds and leaves of early April, prior to Gukwoo (the first spring rain), the farmers then steam heat the buds and leaves to prevent any oxidation, thereby maintaining the delicate green color and subtle flavors and scents of the finest sejak tea.
