We collect fresh, premium ingredients for craft caramels. We never use less expensive fats: always use real butter and heavy cream for making caramel.

Everybody knows caramelization has to be at the right temperature to get a good result. We cook the ingredients in open flame, so we can get the perfect texture.

A batch of caramel is cooled and cut into bite-sized pieces after cooking. Finally, we individually wrapped each piece, so you can enjoy your caramel bites fresh whenever you desire!
