Vietnamese Chicken Cabbage Salad Recipe
Preparation
Dressing: Whisk together lemon juice, rice wine vinegar, honey, fish sauce, Savory Choice Pho Chicken Concentrate, ginger, garlic and chili peppers.
Add cabbage, chicken, carrots, red pepper, onion, cilantro and mint to large bowl; toss with Dressing. Garnish with peanuts.
