Braised Shrimp Recipe - Tom Kho

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup Red Boat Kho Sauce
  • 1 1/2 pound chicken wings (drumettes and/or flats)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, thinly sliced into slivers (optional)
DIRECTIONS

  1. Add Red Boat Kho Sauce to a saucepan. Over medium-high heat, bring the sauce to a boil.
  2. Add the shrimp to the pan. Stir until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  4. Serve with rice.

Braised Pork Belly with Egg Recipe - Thit Kho Trung

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pound pork belly, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Red Boat Kho sauce
  • 4 soft boiled eggs
DIRECTIONS

  1. Add Red Boat Kho Sauce to a pot. Over medium-high heat, bring the sauce to a boil.
  2. Add the pork to the pot. Stir to coat the pork in the sauce, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add 1/2 cup water to a pot. Cover and bring the pot to a boil, then turn down the heat and simmer until the pork is tender, about 20-30 minutes.
  4. Once the pork is tender, remove the lid, add the eggs and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice.

Sticky Spare Ribs Recipe - Suon Kho

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 pounds pork spare ribs
  • 1/3 cup Red Boat Kho Sauce
DIRECTIONS

  1. Add the ribs and the Red Boat Kho Sauce to a hot saucepan. Over medium-high heat, stir for 5 minutes to coat the ribs and the Kho Sauce.
  2. Add 3/4 cup water to the pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 minutes of simmering, remove the lid. Return the heat to medium-high and cook until the liquid is reduced to a sticky glaze, 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve with rice.

Braised Chicken with Ginger Recipe - Ga Kho

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup Red Boat Kho Sauce
  • 1 1/2 pound chicken wings (drumettes and/or flats)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, thinly sliced into slivers (optional)
DIRECTIONS

  1. Add the thicken and Red Boat Kho Sauce to a hot saucepan. Over medium-high heat, stir for 5 minutes to coat the chicken in the Kho sauce.
  2. Cover the pan. Reduce the heat to low. Simmer until chicken is tender, 20 minutes.
  3. Remove the lid. Return the heat to medium-high and cook until the liquid is reduced to a thick glaze, 5 minutes. Top with ginger slivers.
  4. Serve with rice.
