Coastal is an unique tasting cheddar from Ford Farm. It has been aged for up to 15 months to give it a deliciously sweet, distinctive flavor. The naturally formed calcium crystals sometimes found in the cheese are a sign of age and show that it has reached its optimum maturity.

We have strived to capture all the characteristics of the World Heritage Coast line in Coastal by giving it a rugged texture, salty yet sweet flavor and sun-kissed, golden hue. Coastal will surprise you with its distinctive ‘crunch’ caused by the calcium crystals which form naturally in the cheese once it has reached its optimum maturity.
