How it is used ?

Sprinkle Vegeta Original on roasts, barbecues, poultry and fish prior to cooking or add 1 teaspoon of Vegeta Original per serving during last 5 minutes of cooking to enhance the taste of soups, stir-fries, rice, casseroles and vegetables.

Recipe - Mini Meatballs on Skewers

Ingredients

· 1 kg ground pork

· 100 g onion

· 1 chili pepper

· 2 cloves garlic

· 1 tbsp Vegeta Original

· 50 ml white wine

· 4 tbsp cooking oil

Preparation

1. Combine ground pork with finely chopped onions, chopped chili pepper, minced garlic and Vegeta Original. Moisten with a little dry white wine and mix until well combined. Leave in a cool place to rest for about 30 minutes.

2. Shape bite-sized meatballs with your hands, pierce each meatball with a skewer and slightly flatten by hand.

3. Lightly grease a large skillet with oil and fry the meatballs over medium heat until cooked through. Alternatively, arrange the skewered meatballs on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in a moderate oven at 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes.
