Nestlé Abuelita Authentic Mexican Style Hot Chocolate Mix Breakfast Shake

Portions: 10

Ingredients:

2 cups, Nestlé Abuelita Authentic Mexican Style Hot Chocolate Mix

10 cups, Milk, skim

1 cup, Oats, old fashioned

10 ea, Banana, frozen

Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high until smooth, about 15 seconds.

For one serving: Follow steps 1 & 2 and pour 12oz into a drinking glass to serve

Nestlé Abuelita Authentic Mexican Style Hot Chocolate Mix Mole Carne Tacos

1 ¾ cups, Nestle Abuelita Authentic Mexican Style Hot Chocolate Mix, bulk

3 ½ cups, Onion, chopped

1 Tbsp, Beef base

7 Tbsp, Tomato paste

5 Tbsp, Chipotle in adobo

3 1.2 tsp, Oregano, dried

5 ¼ cups, Water, hot

8 ¾ lbs, Beef, short ribs, English style, 2 inches long

1.) Combine Nestlé Abuelita Authentic Mexican Style Hot Chocolate Mix, onion, beef base, tomato paste, chipotle in adobo, oregano, and hot water in blender. Transfer to a wide sauce pan.

2.) Over medium heat, bring the sauce to a simmer, add the beef and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Serve with tortillas, lime wedges, radish, and cilantro sprigs.

Next only to Grandma’s, you’ve got to try our Nestlé Abuelita Atole – a creamy, indulgent variation on the classic Mexican-style hot chocolate recipe. Our Abuelita Hot Chocolate Mix is made with real Nestlé cocoa, as well as sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. Try it with almond milk or soy milk for a dairy free option.

Instructions

1. Combine water, Evaporated Milk, Sweetened Condensed Milk in a saucepan. Heat to near boil.

2. Whisk in Nestlé Abuelita. Stir until smooth and creamy.

3. In a separate bowl, combine cornstarch with a little bit of water to create a slurry.

4. Remove saucepan from heat, and add slurry, whisking until well combined, thickened, and cooked thoroughly.

5. Pour into your favorite mug, top as desired
