Lamb Recipe - Step 1/3

For this recipe you will need: A grill, small bowl and grilling utensils, 4 lamb shoulder chops (about 1/2 inch thick), 1/4 cup cooking oil, we prefer grapeseed oil, 3 tablespoons Spicewalla Modena Balsamic Rub

Lamb Recipe - Step 2/3

Instructions: 1. In a small bowl, stir oil and Modena Balsamic Rub together. 2. Pour marinade over lamb chops to fully coat them. 3. Let the chops sit for at least 1 hour to soak in the flavors.

Lamb Recipe - Step 3/3

Instructions continued: 4. Fire up that grill to medium-high heat. 5. Place chops over direct heat and cook for 4-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 135* F for medium-rare. 6. Remove from heat and rest for 10 minutes before serving.
