Glenfiddich Mincemeat Tarts are created by two of Scotland's longstanding family companies, Walkers Shortbread and William Grant & Sons who produce the world famous Glenfiddich Malt Whisky. The tarts, baked in Walkers' Highland bakery, are a succulent blend of traditional mincemeat ingredients (sugar, apple, currants, sultanas and candied citrus peels) with a generous 'tot' of 12 year old Glenfiddich Malt Whisky. They are then encased in a light, melt-in-your mouth shortcrust pastry.
