Truffle honey. Data sheet. 140 grs Our craftsman is from Albarracin (Teruel-Spain), on whose family farm he grows truffles at more than 1,000 meters high. It is the only honey we have found whose bees pollinate the flower of the oak or holm oak. There the bees' hives go up when the oak comes into bloom, there by the end of April, until the end of June. We add 3% of sliced truffle. It is ideal for breakfasts that need to replenish energy on toast with cheese, and if you dare, as main dish, we recommend adding and mixing with a truffle risotto
