Our California almonds are grown right in our own backyard in Central Valley, California and then processed in our own 100% peanut-free and certified organic facility. We use only the finest quality ingredients, including organic and fair trade when possible.

The secret to our creamy almond butter?

We use blanched almonds that remove the skins to create a creamy, silky, texture that our customers love!

Better Almonds

We blanch to remove the gritty skins for an ultra-smooth, ultra-creamy texture. Skins contain phytic acid, which hinders the body's ability to absorb key vitamins and minerals. Removing the skins ensures you are absorbing all of the great nutritional benefits of almonds.

Our almonds are fresh roasted and immediately ground to capture better flavor and texture. Our almonds do not sit out for extended periods after roasting.
