How to Brew

Measure 3 flat tablespoons of Aussie Health Co ground organic coffee and add to one quart of distilled water in a pot. Boil for 3 minutes and then simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat, strain and allow to cool until the enema coffee is body temperature before use.
