Roasted Chicken Thighs
Bringing together the classic flavors of sage, rosemary and thyme, our Poultry Seasoning helps elevate chicken and turkey to the next level.
1) Mix olive oil, seasonings, and salt together and set aside.
2) Rinse chicken under cold water and pat dry.
3) Rub seasoning and oil mix into each piece.
4) Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour before cooking.
5) Preheat oven to 350F.
6) Place chicken in an oven safe dish and cook for 25 minutes covered until chicken is cooked throughout.
7) Once chicken is done cooking, place under broiler to crisp skin. Keep an eye on it so it does not burn.
8) Serve with roasted vegetables or with your favorite side dish.
