Blackened Mahi Mahi
Popular for its bold flavor, Dap’s Cajun Blackened Seasoning is a fragrant mixture of cayenne, paprika and herbs. Adding a few tablespoons to fresh fillets, can really bring out true cajun flavoring.
1) Mix olive oil, juice of lemon, and seasoning blend in a bowl to make a thick paste.
2) Gently rub each fillet with the paste to coat.
