Our story
How we got our start?
Our founder, Michael, was traveling through Thailand when he encountered roasted broad beans as a street snack. They were so delicious that he couldn't believe they weren't more widely enjoyed in the US!What makes our product unique?
Enlightened Bean Snacks are high in plant-based protein and fiber and low in calories and fat. They're made from simple ingredients: just broad beans, sunflower oil, and seasoning. They're also vegan, gluten-free, and Non-GMO project certified.Why we love what we do?
