Traditional Marinara Sauce. Heat the sauce in a pan but don't allow to boil. Add the cooked pasta. Traditionally served with cochiglie pasta and enjoyed with a Primitivo wine. Ingredients: pulp of tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sea salt, parsley, basil, oregano and black pepper.
