Ahara Ghee was founded in 2011 by Ayurvedic Practitioner and Herbalist, Andrea Shuman, as a way to supply top quality, ayurvedic ghee to her clients. Ahara Paleo-style strained, Brown Butter was Inspired by a South Indian-Mama friend, when we saw that she made her ghee more roasted and browner than we did. We loved the caramel notes and wanted to bring the mouth-watering depth of this flavor to the masses! In France, it is known as Beure Noisette (Hazelnut butter, owing to the nutty flavor). This can replace brown butter in recipes like Madelines, or simply replace your Traditional Ghee. Smooth texture.
