Our Vegan Niter Kibbeh is a collaboration with our friends at Brundo Spice Company, a family business of Ethiopian Restauranteurs and importers based in Oakland, CA, who also own the long-standing restaurant, Cafe Colucci. This vegan version is made of ETHICAL, NON-CONFLICT Palm Oil, certified by Palm Done Right, and is a wonderful replacement for butter-based version and allows Vegans the flexibility to enjoy the flavors of Niter Kibbeh without compromising their dietary choices. This kibbeh includes the same time-tested blend of herbs found in our Traditional Niter Kibbeh and is sure to please even the most serious Ethiopian Vegan cooks.
