Description

Rhipsalis micrantha f. rauhiorum is a very rare terrestrial epiphyte and can be found growing in a very limited area of Ecuador. The small, white flowers form on long, segmented stems which can be flat or triangular in shape depending on age. It can get very full and grow up to 3’ long. Rhipsalis micrantha f. rauhiorum prefers bright, indirect light and a well drained soil or cactus mix. Keep the soil moist but don’t allow it to sit in water or the plant will rot. It does appreciate humidity, but will do well in normal household temperatures and conditions. The Rhipsalis micrantha f. rauhiorum is a distinct subspecies and not easy to come by and is a beautiful and unusual plant to have in any collection.

The plant pictured is in a 2.25” pot.

ALL PLANTS ARE SHIPPED IN POTS WITH SOIL OR OTHER MEDIA UNLESS IT IS DEEMED NECESSARY TO SHIP BARE ROOT.
