Ahara Ghee was founded in 2011 by Ayurvedic Practitioner and Herbalist, Andrea Shuman, as a way to supply top quality, ayurvedic ghee to her clients. Over the years, Ahara Ghee grew slowly, and intentionally, with a focus on maintaining the integrity of the product. We hope you feel the love we put into every jar!
Ahara Vanilla Dream Ghee is crafted using pure, organic vanilla beans. No extracts or flavorings. We slow cook the whole vanilla bean seeds directly into our ghee. This flavor is intentionally blended smooth. This is “non-traditional” but hey, so is Vanilla Ghee! The lovely little black specks you see are just happy vanilla-bean-goodness! Use it as a spread, on hot cereal, butter-coffee, or tea, for baking, for lining baking sheets and pans and for fried and grilled fruit!
