- Rack of Lamb, approximately 2 lbs.
- Optional* Honey and fresh garlic
Instructions - Score back of rack in crisscross pattern, using sharp knife.
- Optional* Cover rack of lamb with honey and fresh garlic.
- Cover rack with Bone Suckin’ Seasoning & Rub.
- Let marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Grill on indirect heat or cook in oven at 500° for 16 minutes, flipping every 4 minutes until lamb reaches 135°-140° internal temperature.
