  • ?You will receive an elegant 8.45 oz bottle of Vivace Dressing aged in 3 year old barrels which are cooked in open vats, the natural fermentation and acetification of the cooked must with subsequent transfers between barrels, slow aging under the watchful eye of the producers they give it a bright and full dark brown color, free but dense flow. A characteristic, soft aromatic scent. A balanced sweet and sour taste.
