Time, breeze and little rush Our slower and longer natural cures allow us to obtain all the aroma and flavor of each piece: each one reaches its optimum point at a different time. All Monte Nevado wineries and dryers are located in natural settings . In addition, its windows allow you to take advantage of fresh air, just as our grandparents did.
