PINES Wheat Grass and Barley Grass grow on our own family farms in Kansas. We grow our products in nutrient-rich, certified-organic, glacial soil for nearly 200 days and only fed by natural rainwater. Mix It Up: Cilantro Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cashews (soaked in water overnight to soften)
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons barley powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • ½ cup water to blend (add more if needed to thin it out)

Blend it all together until smooth and creamy!

Bake It In: Energy Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pitted and soaked dates
  • 1⁄2 cup oats
  • 2 teaspoons wheatgrass powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

Directions:

1) Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until an even dough is formed.

2) Roll into individual balls and roll in cacao powder.

3) Chill in the fridge and enjoy!
