We personally fillet, smoke, and package the fish we sell so it stays fresh all the way to your home.
Each fillet has been sealed in our Gold Seal Pouch, and then gently cooked in its own juices. This preserves the salmon naturally, so it's shelf stable for up to 4 years or until the pouch is opened.
