This Mt. Jiri Joongjak (third pluck) Jaksul ("sparrow's beak") Nokcha (green tea) is a taste of spring in your teacup. Hand plucking only the tender first flush buds and leaves of late April, after Gukwoo (the first spring rain), the farmers then roast the buds and leaves to prevent any oxidation, thereby maintaining the delicate green color and subtle flavors and scents of the finest Joongjak ("medium beak") tea.

Jaksul refers to the shape of the iconic "bud and two leaves" found at the tip of spring growth on the camellia sinensus bush.
