This organic Jeju Island First Flush green tea is harvested just before Ipha (the beginning of the summer season) on the slopes of Mt. Halla, off Korea’s southern coast. Prepared by steaming, rolling, sorting and drying it is then carefully blended with roasted brown rice and left to rest to allow the flavors to mingle. All natural ingredients, no added flavorings, colors or sweeteners. Prepare by adding 1 teaspoon of tea to 6 ounces of 190°F water and allowi to steep for 2 minutes.
