Iya’s Chocolate Cake

One Medium Sized Chocolate Cake –

• 1 pack Iya’s Chocolate Baking Mix
• 4 Eggs
• 3/4 cup any milk
• 3/4 cup butter or oil
• ¼ to ½ cup Hot water, Optional -Chocolate chips

Instructions –

• Mix all the wet ingredients. Mix all dry ingredients. Gently stir both till smooth.
• Pour into 8” baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 F for 35-40 mins or till toothpick is partially clear, cake should be gooey and soft.
• Allow to cool and top with any chocolate glaze, ice cream or your favorite toppings. Enjoy

Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients-

• 1 pack Iya’s Chocolate Baking Mix, 4 Eggs
• 3/4 cup any milk, 3/4 cup butter or oil
• ¼ to ½ cup Hot water
• ½ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate chips

Instructions –

• Mix all the wet ingredients. Mix all dry ingredients. Gently stir both till smooth.
• Pour batter in oiled cupcake pan with cupcake liners
• Bake at 350 F for cupcakes (approx. 20 mins) or toothpick or small utensil comes out almost clear
• Allow to cool and frost your cupcakes as desired. Add your favorite toppings. Enjoy

Sneaky Green Chocolate Cupcakes (hint: it has spinach, don’t tell)

Instructions -

• 1 pack Iya’s Chocolate Baking Mix
• 4 Eggs, 3/4 cup any milk, 3/4 cup butter or oil
• ½ cup Iya Foods 100% Spinach Powder
• ½ cup hot water, ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
