Our Process

Our team have crafted an extraction process that is efficient and also ensures there is as little human interference as possible. This is done at our state of the art facility in Hawkes Bay with our team.

The natural flavours, aromas, textures, colours and purity within Manuka honey are all retained with our extraction systems. Hive temperatures are replicated and there is no need for secondary processing.

Our Land

Our Bee Keeping team consists of over 30 staff who are out in the field daily and the caretakers of our relationship with the land and the bees. Source sites that are remote, pure and we work with land owners and our own land to ensure the practices are sustainable Our sites are placed throughout the country, we own some of our land sites and others we work closely with land owners for placement of our hives.

The UMF rating gives you confidence that you are buying genuine NZ Mánuka honey that has shown to have higher levels of DHA and MG present, meaning the product has content properties different to ordinary honey. The higher the UMF rating, the more potent the product.
