Made in house to go with the raw cedar planks we sell. It’s an all purpose product that was made specifically for salmon being baked on a cedar plank. When you bake on cedar plank, you get a nice woodsy flavor. We harnessed this flavor in our Cedar Plank Seasoning. If you like the flavor of the spice can use it on anything. Personally, we use it on all of our meats.
