How to cook Organic Moong Dahl (Split Yellow Mung Beans):
Step: 1. Inspect beans and remove any foreign matter.
Step: 2. Wash 1 cup of beans and add 3 cups of water and bring to a boil, stirring often. You can also add a pinch of turmeric for extra flavor.
Step: 3. Simmer over medium heat for 25-35 minutes or until soft.
Step: 4. Add sea salt to taste.
Step: 5. For a creamy puree, stir with a whisk.
Serve over rice.
