Masciarelli Caserecci; Our pasta is made with true craftsmanship. Since we only have one press, only one format for each batch is made. One thing remains the same for all types: The pasta is made from only the finest ingredients and contains large amounts of proteins and gluten. The production is done by pressing through bronze nozzles. Fusilli: is inspired by the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa spiral staircase, perfect for Pasta Salads, and often served with red or creamy sauces. Masciarelli Penne Rigate, "penne” translates as little quills and “rigate" as furrowed, thus this pasta is shaped like little quills and has furrows or ridges to hold onto sauces better.

- Pastificio Masciarelli (est. 1867) located in the small Abruzzo mountain village of Pratola Peligna, is regarded as one of the oldest family pasta producers in Italy
- The ingredients are simple: 100% durum wheat (high in protein) and pure spring water from the waters of the surrounding Majella National Park; and nothing else
