Chicken Fajita
Our Classic Fajita Seasoning is an easy way to bring out the flavors of Southwestern foods. By simply adding a few tablespoons of seasonings, these chicken fajitas are full of flavor.
1) Generously sprinkle Classic Fajita Seasoning on both sides of chicken.
2) Heat oil in a large skillet or cast iron pan over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 7-8 minutes on each side.
3) While chicken is cooking, cut bell peppers and onion into thin slices.
4) Once chicken has finished cooking, remove to a plate and let rest for a couple of minutes. Add bell pepper and onion to the same skillet and saute for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently.
5) When bell peppers are just about done, slice chicken breast into strips.
6) Add chicken back to the skillet, squeeze a bit of fresh lime juice over top, and stir to combine.
7) Serve immediately with tortillas and extra toppings such as avocado, sour cream, salsa and cilantro.
